It always amazes me each time I see something like this - it shows what the human body is really capable of doing - in terms of strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance. It occurs to me that 99% of us humans probably only realize about 10% of our physical potential. (... in my own case, I try to keep that down to about 5%)
I am 2% man myself - I made the mistake of reading Descartes when I was younger and made an error in choosing my side of the mind-body dualism thing - I don't have the mental capacity to be an intellectual but I only found out when it was too late to go back to looking after my body and continuing my illustrious surfing career.
