umm. which child would ask that question! not all of us are walking vocabulary lodes like you!
btw, what was that limerick about the eiffel tower being an erection?
Umm, MY child obviously! "Child" being a technical term of progeneration - he is a 31yo adult.
And Mr Knbster: may I build your vocabulary with this edifying quote?
edify verb (edifies, edified, edifying) formal: to improve the mind or morals of someone. edification noun. edifying adj: intellectually or morally stimulating. edifyingly adverb.
ETYMOLOGY: 14c: from French édifier, from Latin aedificare: to build.
Um, Eiffel limerick? Dunno. How about an aweful one instead?
There was a young man from St Ives
Who was stung on the hand by a bee
When asked, "Does it hurt?"
He replied, "Yes it does!
But I'm glad that it wasn't a wasp!"
uhhh
i know what it means! just not sure a child would.
just cranking your chain, just cranking...
oh and umm, that was the point of the post.
D'oh! Ok, I deserve it! To even consider that you thought I was dumb. Forsooth! Heh
