I thought it was just me and my ace inhibitors. Sandals leave nasty gouges in the tops of your feet. But I wear them anyway.

Must have bought your socks as the same place I did ... what the hell is it with the strangulation elastic bands around the top? Stretch em til you hear snapping noises ... and if overstretched, then chuck em.
Anyone remember Computer Socks? They had the elastic at the bottom.
